LARGE room for rent - Centenary Heights in NEWTOWN, Queensland for sale

A large bedroom with built-in cupboards is available to rent in a newly renovated home in Centenary Heights. The house has a new kitchen and bathroom and is fully furnished EXCEPT for the room which is available to rent.
It's a really quite street and we have a large back yard. We're also only a minutes walk from a range of parks along East Creek and 3 minutes drive from middle ridge shopping centre.
We're two female's in our mid twenties⁄early thirties with one of us is studying at university and the other is working in agricultural research. We're easy going and social and often head out of town on weekends.
Weekly rent is $135 which includes water. On top of this, we split electricity (~$7⁄week) and internet (~$5⁄week). Two weeks bond would be required in advance and if you're moving out you're required to give at least a months notice please.
