You will be renting with 2 girls both 20 years old working full time.
$108.00 per week rent. Gas, electricity and water are divided equally every quarter. You will share a bathroom and all other facilities with one person. Room is quite large and has a large built in. Small but cute backyard with covered outdoor area.
Bond is 4 times the weekly rent.
