URGENT: 18 months old Tan and White Beagle Cross Female in NEWTOWN, Queensland for sale

Lacey is a Lemon Beagle Cross female that came to us in hope of safe home.
She would suit a retired couple or a family with a well fenced yard (not wire or anywhere she can dig under). She is great with kids and other dogs and very loving and quiet.
She had neck surgery as a puppy and cannot wear a collar but has no other existing effects or conditions from this. She does have a habit of finding weak points in fences and her original owner wants to stay in contact as she is a dearly beloved pet.
She is desexed and has all vaccinations up to date as well as worming and flea treatment.She is also microchipped. Her original owner can supply all vet details so you can get records transferred
SHE WILL NOT GO TO FIRST CALLER. INTERVIEW REQUIRED.
I require information about the yard and pictures of the backyard. She will not go to a home that has a weakness in the fence. She is also pick up Only pet.
She needs to be desperately rehomed. We love her but as we rent we cannot afford to keep fixing the fence where she gets out.
