PRS Custom 24 SE in NEWTOWN, Queensland for sale

For Sale is my PRS Custom 24 SE. It is an excellent guitar in mint condition and only for sale as I am upgrading to a 'real' PRS Custom 24 :), loved this one so much.
I would love to keep this guitar but my budget does not allow, so I am putting it up for sale.
The guitar features a flat-top double cutaway body with an outstanding wood combo comprising of a mahogany back and a maple top with a curly maple veneer. The 24-fret wide-thin maple neck is smooth and responsive to the most challenging riffs. It includes a PRS-designed tremolo that enables you to dive-bomb like crazy and stay in tune. The PRS zebra humbuckers provide both crunch and molten tones.
It has the customary bird fingerboard inlays and natural maple binding. Paul Reed Smith has allowed the SE guitars to be built in Korea in a facility operated by talented craftsmen and the guitars are among the best electric guitars in the market for the money.
It comes with a hard case rather than gig bag.
