Battery operated swing keel for ease of use and can be fully retracted so boat can be beached. Sails in good condition and replaced in recent times. Running rigging all new and done with ropes. Equipped with bunks and has been set up for simple accomodation. Easy to launch and retrieve. Stable sailing boat with new Mercury 15 hp long shaft outboard .Has mainsail, self tacking jib, genoa headsail with furler and spinaker. fitted with Tacktic wind and Speed/ Depth instruments. Only used by owner occasionally and kept on hardstand at Royal Qld Marina at Manly suburb of Brisbane on Moreton bay.
