Restored Antique Genoa Lounge Suite - Excellent Condition! in NEWTOWN, Queensland for sale
Up for sale is a navy blue damask patterned lounge suite from circa 1930, it was completely restored reupholstered approx 10 years ago with no expense spared (Cost $2500) The upholsterer stripped it completely back and rebuilt it from the frame up, no cheap modern webbing here!! All hand sprung and solid as a rock!
There's a 3 seater couch and 2 single armchairs, the arms of all have a pleated sunray type design on them, with wooden feet and castors. The backs of the seats have a scallop type shape. There are arm protector covers for the arms, so they've never been marked or worn....
There are no rips, tears or fading evident anywhere....
A lovely solid suite that I'd love to keep, but out with the old, in with the new!
